Hello Summer and more outdoor adventures.

Growing up on the island of Gozo meant fairly moderate weather and longer summers. It took me years to get used to NY winters, I learned to bundle up and spend time outdoors throughout the year, even swim as early as March and into November when the water feels fridges. Moving into summer is exciting. The longer, sunnier days gets me excited and now the struggle is having work days when I can’t make it to the beach.

The beach is nourishing, grounding and healing. I always say “When all else fails, go to the beach!”

Here are some benefits of time spent by the ocean or the sea.

Make time for barefoot walks on the beach this summer. Grab a blanket and a good book and give yourself the gift of deep healing.
