Reiki Level 1This intimate Reiki Level I training with private attunement, is a gentle yet powerful initiation into self-healing, nervous system regulation, and subtle energy awareness. Investment: $225 (Reiki Level 1 and 2 package $500) Rooted in the lineage of Dr Usui, this half-day immersion blends traditional Usui Reiki teachings with a grounded, trauma-aware approach that honors the body’s wisdom and the importance of safety. Level II is also offered in an intimate setting with a maximum of 8 people and 1 on 1 private attunement. This blended training offers 2 parts: pre-recorded videos with lifetime access for easy review and 5 hours in person training Investment: $333 The pre-recorded lectures to be completed before our in-person immersion, these modules allow you to absorb the material and revisit it as needed. 5 hrs Hour In-Person Immersion, New Hyde Park, NY or at your location for group trainings. The in-person portion focuses on embodiment and application, Grounding Meditation - Intention Setting and Journaling Symbol and Mantra integration practices of the 3 Symbols used in Level 2 Private 1 on 1 one attunement Hands-on partner exchanges, hands on practice, closing and opening the energetic body Distance Reiki practice Advanced energy scanning - Byosen Practitioner confidence building - you will have everything you need to start offering professional sessions to others. What You Will Learn The three traditional Level II Reiki symbols Mental and emotional healing applications How to send Reiki through time and space (The Law of Correspondence) Using Reiki for healing past trauma and sending it to situations for future positive outcomes.
