Reminder Tomorrow will Be Pre Recorded

Watch the video on your own time doing the practices as many times as you need throughout the week. Try to read the first chapter more than once and if you don’t have access to the book it’s ok. I will be sharing pages here, but I do highly encourage you to buy the book. Please feel free to share whatever you’d like in the discussion board. We are here to create a safe space where we can all learn and grow through each other’s experiences and through a vast perspective, not just our own, community is all about. Supporting one another and giving or getting a glimpse from different angles of the same verse, because we are all different and one idea might help create a shift in the way we look at something that might be really hard for us to overcome by ourselves.

October 11th

Due to a personal commitment the first meeting will be a pe-recorded video. I encourage you to read the 1st chapter, and then watch the video. If you did not yet purchase the book you can still participate.

The video is 44 minutes long, it includes breathwork, gentle somatic movement, Earth Mudra and short Yoga Nidra and the reading of the prayer for chapter one.

I will add a post with the video added to it once it's all set go. Thank you for your understanding and I can't wait to do this in person.

Make time for reflection. Read the chapter over and over, see how it speaks to you each, how triggers shift. Give yourself to feel it in your body and then journal about it, I sent and email with prompts and more details.
