Kids yoga is a great way to teach kids grounding tools such as breath-work, mindfulness and relaxation techniques such as yoga nidra. Each session is designed specifically for the group, focusing on the theme as well as building confidence and team work. Prices start at $175 for up to 12 kids. $10 per addition kids. Packages with a yoga themed craft can be added. Prices vary depending on craft. *** Yoga session will take place at clients location. You are booking time with instructor not a space for this event.
