Service Description

Restorative Yoga, Tuning Fork Therapy, Myofascia Release, Marma Massage, Reiki and Sound Therapy Sessions are designed specifically for each client to meet specific needs. These sessions aren’t deep healing sessions used to help ground and open up blockages. Releasing tension, stress as well as emotional pain, helps with pain management while bringing the body back to balance so you can move closer to homeostasis.
